Abstract:
This apparatus management device is equipped with a detection unit, a determination unit, and a transmission unit. The detection unit detects the presence/absence of a person inside an area to be managed for a predetermined period or longer. The determination unit determines the control to be performed on apparatuses to be operated for the area to be managed on the basis of the detection result of the detection unit. The transmission unit transmits, to a device that controls the apparatuses, signals for implementing the control to be performed determined by the determination unit.
