Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an electric pole having improved top and bottom faceplates, and to a method for manufacturing the electric pole using same, and more particularly, to a structure which compensates for a shortage in concrete mortar occurring at the bottom faceplate end due to compaction by centrifugal force, and to a structure which is divided into two top tension faceplates and top support faceplates, as opposed to the prior art wherein the top faceplate is a single unit, thereby dividing the weight thereof to facilitate handling during the assembly and disassembly of the electric pole. In addition, tensioning hinge bolts inserted into insertion grooves in each of the top and bottom faceplate ends are used in order to fix both ends of a tension bar, and the direction of the tensioning hinge bolts corresponds to the arranged direction of the tension bar so as to minimize any losses in the tensile force applied to the tension bar.
