Abstract:
In manufacturing a cryopreservation bag made of a fluorine-based resin which is difficult to thermally process, provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a cryopreservation bag, in which two overlapped resin sheets are automatically and accurately fused, thereby allowing for the mass production and cost reduction of the cryopreservation bag. The apparatus is provided with a sheet table (18), a sheet pressing body (19), a laser device, and a scanning structure. While fluorine-based resin sheets (S1 and S2) are being pressed on a heat radiation body (25) in a fusing position, the sheet table (18) and the laser device (16) are relatively moved by the scanning structure, the interface between the two resin sheets (S1 and S2) is then irradiated with an infrared laser beam through the heat radiating body (25), and then said two sheets (S1 and S2) are integrated by a contour bead to form an accommodating part for accommodating bio-tissues.
