Abstract:
The present invention relates to a potable apparatus for manufacturing functional water and, specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing functional water using a reversible polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, wherein the reversible polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell is used to selectively generate hydrogen water and oxygen water in an electrolysis mode and to measure the generated electromotive force to thereby calculate and display the dissolved hydrogen concentration in functional water in a fuel cell mode.
