Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing material for disposable plastic gloves that has fine protrusions on facing sides thereof, the apparatus comprising: a plastic forming unit (100) extruding plastic material into a cylindrical shape; a first supply roller unit (200) flattening the plastic material (10) and horizontally conveying the same; a first embossing unit (300) pressing one side of the plastic material; a second embossing unit (400) pressing an opposite side of the plastic material; a second supply roller unit (500) vertically conveying the plastic material; a swing unit (600) shaking the plastic material in zigzags; and a loading unit (700) loading the plastic material in zigzags, wherein the apparatus manufactures a plastic material having fine protrusions protruding from facing inner sides thereof to face each other and preventing retraction of the fine protrusions, which makes it possible to manufacture disposable plastic gloves that are cheap and comfortable to wear and have enhanced convenience of use.
