Abstract:
An apparatus for manufacturing a micro LED display according to the present embodiment comprises: a substrate chuck on which a substrate is seated; and a detaching head which detaches a donor that has transferred an LED chip to the substrate. The detaching head comprises: a main motor; a main elevating member which is moved up and down by the main motor; and a plurality of sub-modules installed on the main elevating member. Each of the plurality of sub-modules comprises: a sub-motor disposed on the main elevating member; a sub-elevating member connected to the sub-motor; a suctioning body that is disposed on the sub-elevating member and pre-separates the donor by suctioning the upper surface of the donor; and a donor gripper that is disposed on the sub-elevating member and grips the rim of the donor.
