Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing film comprising polycarbonate, and a method for manufacturing the film by means of same, the apparatus for manufacturing the film comprising: a hopper unit for supplying raw material; a drying unit for drying the raw material before inserting same into the hopper unit; an extruder for extruding by applying a set amount of heat and applying pressure to the raw material; a casting unit for machining the raw material discharged from the extruder into a film form; a calender unit, below the casting unit, capable of controlling the surface temperatures of the rollers by being provided with three to five rollers; a sensing unit for automatically controlling the thickness of a T-die in the casting unit by measuring the thickness of the film moving from the calender unit; a surface treatment unit for removing static electricity from the surface of the moving film which has passed through the sensing unit; an oscillation apparatus for removing foreign substances from the film and vibrating same so that the film can be evenly wound; and a winding unit for winding the film.
