Abstract:
This invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a seamless capsule,
which can manufacture a seamless capsule SC by delivering liquid droplets (25)
through a nozzle (7) into a liquid for curing (10). Conduits (6, 9) formed of a synthetic
resin tube are provided as a flexible part (16) between pumps (5, 8) and the nozzle
(7). The vibration caused by the pumps (5, 8) is absorbed in the flexible part (16)
and thus is not transmitted to the nozzle (7), whereby eyes or the like of the seamless
capsule attributable to vibration noises can be suppressed. Instead of a synthetic
resin tube, a vibration absorption block formed of an elastic member may be mounted
on conduits (6, 9). Alternatively, a vibration absorption device, which is formed
of an elastic member and is provided with a pad for holding the conduits (6, 9),
may be provided.
