Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a spiral duct, which can easily manufacture a spiral duct in which linear connection portions are formed integrally with both ends of a bent pipe, and which comprises a cutting apparatus for cutting a metal sheet in the lengthwise direction so as to form a wave shape. The apparatus for manufacturing a spiral duct according to the present invention comprises: an uncoiler (U) on which the metal sheet is wound; the cutting apparatus (A) for cutting the metal sheet, released from an edge-processing roller (F1), in the lengthwise direction so as to form a wave shape or a linear shape; and a tensioning apparatus (T) for extracting the cut metal sheet by means of tension. The cutting apparatus (A) comprises: a base plate (2) on which a guide rail (22) is installed; an upper plate member (4) arranged above the base plate (2); a cutting unit (6) which is provided with a partitioning roller (62) for cutting the metal sheet, and which is arranged so as to be rotatable; a width-adjusting apparatus (7) which moves the cutting unit (6) in a widthwise direction; an auxiliary width-adjusting apparatus (8) which increases the widthwise movement of the cutting unit (6); and a rotating-angle-adjusting apparatus (9) which sets the rotating angle of the partitioning roller (62).
