Abstract:
An apparatus for measuring axial displacement of a solid rocket motor grain in a launching process, comprising a body (1), fixed blocks (2), and a reference block (3). The body (1) is a test motor. The front and rear ends of the underside surface of a housing of the test motor are separately provided with a gap. The portions of a grain in the housing exposed by the gaps are used as bonding regions of the front and rear fixed blocks. Each fixed block (2) is of a U-shaped structure, and the bottom surface of a first end face thereof is a circular arc coinciding with the grain in outer diameter in the circumferential direction. The fixed blocks are provided in the front and rear gap regions on the surface of the housing and used for being adhesively fixed to the grain, and a second end face of each fixed block provides a mounting interface for a contact end of a displacement meter by means of a through hole. The bottom surface of the reference block (3) is a circular arc coinciding with the housing in outer diameter in the circumferential direction; the reference block is provided on the surface of the housing, used for being adhesively fixed to the housing and located between the front and rear fixed blocks (2), and provides mounting interfaces for a displacement meter body by means of two penetrating type T-shaped through holes in the reference block. The apparatus improves the environmental suitability and operating reliability of the motor under vertical cold launching conditions of a missile.
