Abstract:
An apparatus for measuring an FP transmittance curve using a frequency comb light source, and a method. The apparatus comprises a single-frequency pulsed laser device (1) used for generating a single-frequency pulsed laser, a frequency comb laser device (2) for converting the received single-frequency pulsed laser into a frequency comb laser, and an FP (3) to be detected for receiving the laser outputted by the frequency comb laser device (2), all these being provided on an optical path in sequence. The apparatus further comprises a first receiving unit for receiving the laser from an output end of the frequency comb laser device (2) and performing component and spectrum analysis, and a second receiving unit for receiving the laser from an output end of said FP (3) and performing component and spectrum analysis. As the frequency comb light source has a plurality of frequency components with equal frequency intervals, the transmittance curve of the FP etalon can be measured at one time. In addition, the frequency interval and spectral range are tunable. The method greatly reduces the cost of measuring a transmittance curve, improves the measurement precision and effectiveness, and has good theoretical and practical values.
