Abstract:
This apparatus for suppressing resonance of a servo system comprises a resonance suppressing unit which includes: an amplitude estimator for outputting an amplitude estimation value that is a value obtained by estimating an amplitude of generated resonance from a current command received from a servo controller; and a frequency estimator for outputting an estimated frequency by estimating, in real time, a frequency of the generated resonance from the current command by using the amplitude estimation value, and which senses and determines resonance of the servo system on the basis of the current command and the estimated frequency and suppresses resonance. Accordingly, in a situation in which resonance of various amplitudes occurs in a servo system, the resonance of various amplitudes can be quickly estimated to respond thereto.
