Abstract:

The present invention comprises: a braking command generation unit for generating a braking command for braking a railway vehicle; a comparison unit for determining whether the braking command has been changed; a delay unit for delaying and outputting the braking command, according to a result of the determination by the comparison unit; and a digital analog converter (DAC) for converting the braking command delayed by the delay unit to an analog signal and inputting the analog signal into an actuator.
