Abstract:
An apparatus for cleaning a coating machine sprayer, comprising: a sprayer (101) to be cleaned, an alignment liquid temporary-storage tank (102), a first pipe (103) for supplying an alignment liquid to the sprayer (101), a cleaning agent temporary-storage tank (104), a second pipe (105) for supplying a cleaning agent to the sprayer (101), and a liquid waste collecting tank (106). Also disclosed is a method for cleaning a coating machine sprayer, comprising: disconnecting the first pipe (103) when detecting that the sprayer (101) is in a blocked state; embedding the liquid waste collecting tank (106) and the sprayer (101); cleaning the sprayer (101) with the cleaning agent supplied by the second pipe (105); and disconnecting the second pipe (105) after the cleaning is completed.
