Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for coating reflective fabrics for clothes, the apparatus comprising: a transfer unit for transferring the fabrics on a predetermined path; a first application unit for applying a soft binder on the surface of the fabrics; a first dispenser having a chamber, a first vibrating shooter, and a first conveying means; a first dryer for drying, behind the first application unit, the soft binder applied to the fabrics; a second application unit for applying, on a soft binder layer of the fabric, a glass bead mixture mixed with a hard binder; a second dispenser having a chamber, an agitating means, an ultrasonic vibrating means, a second vibrating shooter, and a second conveying means; and a second dryer for drying, behind the second application unit, the glass bead mixture applied to the soft binder layer.
