Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for capturing a charged particle beam, using a plurality of toroidal coils, which do not affect a charged particle beam, to determine the energy reduced in the charged particle beam from a measured object, and use the determined energy to reconstruct a tomographic image and a 3D image.
