Abstract:
This apparatus has: an input permission determination unit that receives a medical image, determines the image property of the medical image and the degree of appropriateness of the medical image as such, and determines whether the medical image can be treated as an input image on the basis thereof; an image standardization unit that modifies/corrects a medical image that has been determined to be treatable as the input image on the basis of the determined image property and the determined degree of appropriateness to standardize the image quality of the medical image, and outputs a correction degree indicating the degree of the modification/correction; a blood vessel configuration constructing unit that constructs a three-dimensional blood vessel configuration on the basis of the standardized medical image; a blood vessel configuration quality evaluation unit that determines the blood vessel configuration construction accuracy of the constructed three-dimensional blood vessel configuration, and computes and outputs an overall quality evaluation of the constructed three-dimensional blood vessel configuration on the basis of the blood vessel configuration construction accuracy, the degree of appropriateness, and the correction degree; and a blood vessel configuration data output unit that outputs blood vessel configuration data representing the three-dimensional blood vessel configuration together with the configuration evaluation.
