Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for converting an output current of a current buffer into a digital code. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for converting an output current of a current buffer into a digital code may comprise: a current buffer unit for converting an input signal into a current signal and outputting the converted current signal; and a signal conversion unit for converting the output current signal into a digital current signal to feed back the converted digital current signal, and converting the output current signal into a digital code on the basis of the ratio between the output current signal and the fed back digital current signal.
