Abstract:
An apparatus and method for converting reciprocating motion into continuous rotation and an application. The apparatus comprises a central shaft (1) and a rotating disc (3); the rotating disc (3) is connected to the central shaft (1) by means of a bearing (2), and the rotating disc (3) and the bearing (2) are concentrically arranged; fins (4) are provided on the circumference of the rotating disk (3); and upper fin surfaces (41) of the fins (4) are convex structures. By using the fin-shaped structures of the fins (4) in the apparatus and a defined mounting angle of the fins (4), the rotation direction of the fins (4) can be always kept unchanged during the reciprocating motion of the apparatus, so that a continuous lift force in a constant direction can be obtained.
