Abstract:
The present application relates to an apparatus and method for detecting a buried path of a power line, the apparatus comprising: a transmitter which, when transmitting a current pulse signal to a conductor (power line) of a public distribution network, outputs a current pulse in which an output rectified by receiving selection of balanced/unbalanced voltage is in the form of an unmodulated pulse or frequency modulated signal; and a receiver which calculates depth by calculating a difference value for each direction by inductively combining the pulse or frequency modulated signal by means of a plurality of magnetic field sensors at a near magnetic field distance.
