Abstract:
Provided are an apparatus and method for determining an abnormality through measuring the height of an air pocket. The apparatus comprises: a first measurement portion which is installed in a housing and measures the height of an air pocket; a second measurement portion which is installed in the housing and measures the inner air pressure in the air pocket; an adjusting portion which adjusts the air amount in the air pocket; and a controller which determines an abnormality of the air pocket on the basis of the correlation between the inner air pressure and the height measured in the housing, and controls the adjusting portion so as to adjust the air amount in the air pocket according to the determination result.
