Abstract:
An apparatus for digital online monitoring and control of circulating water, comprising: an agent control apparatus, a circulating water tank, a cooling tower, a circulation pipeline, and a heat exchanger, the circulating water tank being in communication with the cooling tower, the circulating water tank being connected to the heat exchanger by means of the circulation pipeline, the agent control apparatus being connected to the circulating water tank and being used for dispensing an agent to the circulating water tank, circulating water undergoing treatment in the circulating water tank, entering the heat exchanger by means of the circulation pipeline for heat exchange, then flowing into the cooling tower for cooling, and returning to the circulating water tank; by means of the present apparatus for digital online monitoring and control of circulating water, the amount of water, the amount of agent, the water quality, and the fouling thermal resistance of the heat exchanger can be monitored and controlled and, by means of automatically adjusting the dosage of the agent, the concentration ratio of the circulating water can be controlled, achieving the objective of reducing the amount of sewage discharge of the circulating water and, by means of the pre-treatment of sewage discharge of the circulating water, deep treatment and reuse of the sewage discharge of the circulating water, and cyclone atomisation evaporation treatment of tail-end wastewater, the economical zero discharge of wastewater can be effectively achieved.
