Abstract:
An apparatus for the electrical inspection of printed circuit boards according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a stacker module on which a printed circuit board is loaded; a first pick-up module that picks up the printed circuit board loaded on the stacker module; a shuttle module which receives the printed circuit board from the first pick-up module and is formed so as to be movable in a state in which the printed circuit board sits securely thereon; an inspection module which performs an electrical inspection of the printed circuit board sitting on the shuttle module; and a second pick-up module which picks up the printed circuit board for which the electrical inspection has been completed by the inspection module, and transfers same to the stacker module.
