Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for decoding motion information, according to one embodiment, comprising the steps of: identifying a type of omitted motion information not included in a bitstream among a plurality of pieces of motion information to be used in the decoding of an inter-predicted current block; acquiring the omitted motion information on the basis of a predetermined scheme; and decoding the current block on the basis of the plurality of pieces of motion information including the acquired omitted motion information.
