　Provided are: a PSLM (15a) for adding a phase difference (exp) (jθ1) to a light wave; a PSLM (15b) for adding a phase difference (exp) (jθ2) to a light wave; and an optical demultiplexer (14a) for generating a complex amplitude image (Aexp)(jφ) by superimposing the light wave to which the phase difference (exp) (jθ2) was added on the light wave to which the phase difference (exp) (jθ1) was added.
