Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for guiding routes for patrolling underground facilities, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method for guiding routes for patrolling transmission and distribution line facilities installed underground. An apparatus for guiding routes for patrolling underground facilities according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a position-signal-receiving unit for receiving position signals; an input unit through which user commands are inputted; a controller for using the position signal to calculate the position information of a point, and using the calculated position information to search for a patrol route for an underground facility selected through the input unit; an output unit for displaying information on the properties of the selected underground facility and a patrol route; and a storage unit for storing underground facility information, information on the properties of the underground facilities, and map information.
