Abstract:
An apparatus and method for manufacturing the architectonical plate frames,
the apparatus comprises a planar pedestal abutment (20), a first datum angle
bar group (30), a locating angle bar group (50) and a second datum angle bar group
(40), wherein the first datum angle bar group is made of several angle bars which
are fixed on the reference position of one end side on the pedestal abutment and
their contact surfaces are located at one plane, and the locating angle bar group
is made of several angle bars which have synclastic contact surfaces with the
first datum angle bar group and are installed at a distance from the first datum
angle bargroup, the second datum angle bar group has a contact surface with an
angle of substantially 90 degrees with respect to the first datum angle bar group
and is made of several angle bars which are fixed on the adjacent position of one
end side of the first datum angle bar group on the pedestal abutment to make their
contact surfaces into one plane, the locating angle bar group serves as a position
interval adjusting unit in relation to the first datum angle bar group. The method
for manufacturing the architectonical plate frames comprises the steps of controlling
the location of the locating angle bar group, installing the vertical frames
in accordance with the first datum angle bar group, installing the horizontal
frames in accordance with the second datum angle bar group, installing the vertical
frame rims in accordance with the locating angle bar group, installing the vertical
and horizontal frames to the angle bar groups which are located at the opposite
side of the first and second datum angle bar groups on the pedestal abutment respectively.
The apparatus and method for manufacturing the architectonical plate frames
can manufacture all kinds of shapes of the architectonical plate frames.
