Abstract:
An apparatus for manufacturing a carbon coated yarn of the present invention comprises: a supply unit for supplying a general fiber yarn; an impregnation bath for coating the general fiber yarn, supplied from the supply unit, with a carbon solution; a carbon coated yarn withdrawal unit comprising a lower nozzle for primarily passing the carbon coated yarn, withdrawn from the impregnation bath, through a nozzle hole while rotating in a first direction, and an upper nozzle positioned directly above the lower nozzle and secondarily passing the carbon coated yarn, withdrawn from the lower nozzle, through a nozzle hole while rotating in a direction opposite to the first direction; a drying chamber for drying the withdrawn carbon coated yarn; and a winding bobbin for winding the dried carbon coated yarn.
