The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a cosmetic puff, comprising: a plurality of puff molding parts in which puffs are accommodated so as to allow a liquid powder to be filled; a powder injection part for aligning the location of an injection means, which goes in and out from the puff molding parts, and supplying the liquid powder to the injection means and sucking in the same; an injection transfer part for aligning the locations of the puff molding parts and the injection means by transferring the powder injection part in the X-axis or Y-axis direction; and a puff frame in which the puff molding parts, the powder injection part and the injection transfer part are stably provided. According to the present invention, mass production can be carried out by greatly reducing the work time and the work processes required for manufacturing a cosmetic puff, which has improved portability by filling a sponge with a liquid powder and can be more hygienically and conveniently used by preventing the indiscriminate discharge of the filled liquid powder, thereby having effects of enabling the maximization of production efficiency and remarkably reducing manufacturing costs.
