Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing an insole. One aspect of an apparatus for manufacturing an insole, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a correction unit that includes a pair of seating parts on which the feet of a person to be measured are seated, a pair of load detection units that detect the loads applied by the feet of the person to be measured, which are seated on the seating parts, respectively, and a pair of height adjustment parts that adjust the heights of the seating parts, respectively; and a controller that controls the operation of the height adjustment parts to adjust the height of one of the seating parts in order to decrease a difference in the loads acting on the seating parts on which the feet of the person to be measured are seated, which are detected by the load detection units, to a preset reference value or less in a case where the difference in the loads acting on the seating parts on which the feet of the person to be measured are seated, which are detected by the load detection units, exceeds the preset reference value.
