Abstract:

A method by which a data matching device matches data, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: synchronizing acquisition time points of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) data and 3D scan data; matching the coordinate systems of the CBCT data and the 3D scan data; constructing a motion-corrected 3D scan image by matching a depth map generated whenever the 3D scan data is acquired; and constructing a motion-corrected CBCT 3D image from the CBCT data by applying motion information obtained through matching of the depth map.
