Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and method for measuring plot seed harvest information. The apparatus comprises a machine box module, an infeed chute module, a sampling module, a moisture content and bulk density measurement module, a weight measurement module, a control terminal, a touch screen, a printer, and an air source port and a GPS locator. The moisture content and bulk density measurement module is provided with a moisture content and bulk density measurement sensor, which rapidly and accurately measures the water content, bulk density and total weight information of plot seeds by means of the rotation of a rotating cylinder. The apparatus has two measurement modes: full sampling and partial sampling, which are used for the high-precision measurement and rapid sampling and measurement of seed information, respectively. At the same time, the apparatus has the function of quickly determining failures, and sounds an alarm when the measurement is abnormal. The present invention has high measurement efficiency and good measurement accuracy, can quickly identify and determine failures, and implements the high-precision measurement and rapid sampling and measurement of seed information.
