Abstract:
An apparatus and method for measuring the straightness of a distributed scraper conveyor working surface (9) based on optical fiber sensing. The apparatus comprises a broadband light source (1), a first optical fiber circulator array (2), a second optical fiber circulator array (4), a collimator array (5), a reflecting film array (6), a third optical fiber circulator array (7), and an optical path analyzer (8). When the light emitted by the broadband light source (1) is transmitted, the light of different wavelengths is separated by several gratings (3) engraved on a single-mode optical fiber, reaches reflecting films (61, 62, 63) attached to the scraper conveyor working surface (9) by means of a first optical fiber circulator A, a second optical fiber circulator B, and collimators (51, 52, 53), is reflected back by the reflecting films (61, 62, 63), enters the single-mode optical fiber by means of a third optical fiber circulator C, and finally enters the optical path analyzer (8). The optical path analyzer (8) analyzes the transmission distance of the light of different wavelengths to obtain position points of the reflecting films (61, 62, 63) so as to obtain the straightness of the scraper conveyor working surface (9). The measurement apparatus and method have advantages of simple structure, strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability, high precision, and long-distance measurement.
