Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring the temperature of a battery, the apparatus and the method being capable of effectively measuring the temperature of a secondary battery in a process of measuring the temperature of a battery. The apparatus for measuring the temperature of a battery, according to one embodiment of the present invention, measures the temperature of a secondary battery from an integrated circuit board configured to come into contact with an electrode lead of the secondary battery, and comprises: a lead connector mounted on the integrated circuit board and configured to be connected to the electrode lead; a temperature sensor mounted on the integrated circuit board, and configured so as to allow a terminal located at one end among a plurality of provided terminals to come into direct contact with the lead connector such that the potential of the secondary battery is an operating potential; and a calculation unit electrically connected to the temperature sensor, and configured to measure the temperature of the secondary battery on the basis of an electrical signal measured by the temperature sensor.
