Provided are an apparatus and method for optimizing an aerodynamic field in a furnace in a deep adjustment mode. The apparatus comprises: a wind box for supplying secondary air to a secondary air distribution system of a boiler; the wind box comprises a plurality of independent air chambers and air chamber nozzles corresponding to the independent air chambers, and an input end of each of the independent air chambers is provided with a first air regulating door; an air chamber partition plate is provided in some of the independent air chambers, the air chamber partition plate extending from the first air regulating door to the air chamber nozzle and dividing the independent air chamber into a left micro air chamber and a right micro air chamber which are horizontally side-by-side, and a second air regulating door having an adjustable opening being disposed in the left micro air chamber or the right micro air chamber of each independent air chamber; in the flow direction of the secondary air, the second air regulating door is located downstream from the first air regulating door and upstream from the air chamber nozzle.
