Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for producing a freeze-dried facial mask. The apparatus for producing a freeze-dried facial mask comprises a first load wheel (100), a second load wheel (200), a solution application assembly (300), a quick-freezing assembly (400) and a drying assembly (500). A roll of cloth for the facial mask is wound on one of the first load wheel (100) and the second load wheel (200), and can be moved to wind onto the other. The roll of cloth between the first load wheel (100) and the second load wheel (200) can be moved past the solution application assembly (300) and the quick-freezing assembly (400) sequentially in a first direction, and can be moved past the drying assembly (500) in a second direction. The solution application assembly (300) is configured to apply a solution onto the roll of cloth. The quick-freezing assembly (400) is configured to freeze the roll of cloth after solution application. The drying assembly (500) is configured to dry the frozen roll of cloth. The first direction is opposite to the second direction. The apparatus for producing a freeze-dried facial mask addresses the technical problem in which a prior art production apparatus occupies a large space.
