Abstract:
An apparatus and method for producing regenerative energy of clone coal which can
substitute raw coal, the said apparatus consists of motor, transducer, moulder, main
shaft, screw propeller, thermoelectric device, temperature sensor. The motor
is connected with transducer, and is connected with screw propeller through main
shaft in moulder, the screw propeller is motivated to rotate by main shaft. There
is sleeve out of the screw propeller on which three thermoelectric devices surround
the sleeve equidistantly. There is temperature sensor on the sleeve, and there
is feed inlet on the top of the moulder, a feed outlet is setted on the another end
of the moulder. The said method include steps: (1) formulating feed material with
5-95% chip and 5-95% rice hull; (2) preheating; (3) extrusion moulding under high
temperature. The clone coal of the present invention can substitute underground raw
coal, it employs agricultural waste as feed material which is cheap and inexhaustible. The
smoke during combustion of clone coal has little residual and environmental pollution.
The heat value of the clone coal is high, the production is economical and the market
benefit is good.
