Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for producing silicon oxides, and to a silicon oxide negative electrode material. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and method for producing silicon oxides, and to a silicon oxide negative electrode material, wherein liquid-phase silicon and solid-phase silicon dioxide react in one or more crucibles to produce silicon oxides, and by supplying a metal raw material simultaneously when producing the silicon oxides, metal-silicon oxides can be continuously produced by a single process.
