Abstract:
A projection apparatus for providing both day vision simulations and night vision simulations. The projector including two independent light sources (1 and 2), with an embedded night vision filter (14) affixed proximate one of the light sources to achieve a night training mode. The operator selects one light source according to the mode desired. Each light source may easily be selected, and the light paths from both the light sources (1 and 2) may have a common path when exiting the projector for efficient operation between modes.
