Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for providing an interactive message service to a terminal by an apparatus operated by at least one processor, the method comprising the steps of: generating a text message including a web address where an interactive advertisement content to be provided is located; transmitting the text message to a terminal of each customer, using at least one customer category key for identifying at least one category into which multiple customers are classified; receiving, from the terminal of the customer, response data transmitted in response to the customer's access to the web address; and transmitting the interactive advertisement content to the terminal of the customer.
