The present invention provides: an apparatus and a method for providing an interaction service for the safety of children, which reports missing children or accidents happening to children to nearby police stations or shelters for missing children via an application for a quick response to the reports, by interconnecting with educational institutions for infants, police stations, teachers of nursery institutions and a system of shelters for missing children through the one application; and a system using the same.
