Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for more surely restoring data are provided for reading inputted
data from an electronic device having functional malfunction due to water leakage
and the like. The apparatus is provided with a first processing tank (1) for storing
cleaning water for cleaning the electronic device; a depressurizing means (6)
for depressurizing inside the first processing tank (1); and an ultrasonic vibrator
(5) for vibrating the cleaning water stored in the first processing tank (1).
Furthermore, the apparatus is provided with a second processing tank (3) inside
of which can be depressurized and/or heated. The electronic device restoring
method includes an impregnating step of impregnating the electronic device
with the cleaning water, a cleaning water deaerating step, a cavitation step
and a drying step.
