The present relates to an apparatus and method for selecting an accelerator suitable for a machine learning model, wherein accelerators for performing each of operations included in the machine learning model are selected in consideration of the speed of each of the accelerators measured in an idle state according to the operation and the utilization rate of each of the accelerators.
