Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for synchronously monitoring the radial and axial vibration of a shearer drum. The apparatus comprises a laser (1) arranged on a shearer rocker arm (12), a first optical fibre coupler (2), an optical isolator (3), a second optical fibre coupler (4), a third optical fibre coupler (5), an optical fibre collimator (6), a first photoelectric detector (7), a second photoelectric detector (8), a first signal processing module (9), a second signal processing module (10), and a reflective coating (14) arranged on a shearer drum (13), wherein the axial vibration of the shearer drum (13) is monitored by means of measuring a phase difference between original light and reflected light, and the radial vibration of the shearer drum (13) is monitored by means of measuring an intensity difference between the original light and the reflected light. The apparatus can realize, without shutdown or disassembly, direct, contactless, synchronous and real-time monitoring of the radial and axial vibration of a shearer drum (13), and has a strong anti-interference capability and a high monitoring sensitivity. Also provided is a method for synchronously monitoring the radial and axial vibration of a shearer drum.
