Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus, a method and a system for removing noise in a surgical operation image. The apparatus for removing noise in a surgical operation image can comprise an input unit for receiving the surgical operation image, and a control unit for enhancing the surgical operation image by removing noise included in the received surgical operation image. The control unit can further include a function for analyzing features of the received surgical operation image by using at least one of a histogram, a mean value, a maximum value, a minimum value and standard deviation, and for determining the type of noise included in the surgical operation image by using the analyzed features of the surgical operation image. The control unit can further include a function for determining the type of noise of the received surgical operation image according to a user input.
