Abstract:

An apparatus, a method and a system for channel information transmission, for improving the feedback accuracy of channel information. A first device, comprises: a receiving module, for receiving a reference signal from a second device; a processing module, for obtaining a precoding matrix according to the reference signal, and generating first channel information and second channel information for indicating the precoding matrix; a transmitting module, for transmitting to the second device the first channel information and the second channel information; the accuracy of the first channel information is higher than the accuracy of the second channel information; the first channel information comprises phase information of each of the elements of the precoding matrix, and the second channel information comprises amplitude information of each of the elements of the precoding matrix. For a precoding matrix, which is critical to restoring the channel matrix and is required to have high accuracy, the accuracy of the phase information is higher than the accuracy of the amplitude information, which can reduce costs of channel information feedback on the one hand, and can also ensure the accuracy of channel information feedback on the other hand.
