Abstract:
Provided is a slot extraction method for extracting a slot used to perform natural language understanding on an input message received from a user in a conversation with the user conducted in a dialogue system. An exemplary slot extraction method may comprise: a context receiving step; a slot query creation step; a query selection step; a query response step; a slot evaluation step; and a slot selection step. The present application is a technology developed through the "2020 Post-COVID-19 Specialized AI Technology Commercialization Support Project (Task Name: Establishing transfer learning and deep learning-based AlaaS e-commerce chatbot building platform; Task Number: CY201059; Department Name: Seoul Metropolitan Government; Research Management Institution: Seoul Business Agency)", which is an industry-academia-research cooperation project in Seoul. In addition, the present application is a technology developed through a "(Phase 2: Technology development) BERT-based universal language model establishment and transfer learning-based machine reading comprehension technology development" task, which is an ICT innovative enterprise technology development support project (R&D).
