Abstract:
An apparatus and method for testing a pressure change rate of a commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system element. The apparatus comprises: a pressure change rate test bench; a pneumatic loop for controlling the start/stop of gas supply and measuring a pressure change rate of a commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system element under test; a signal processing part for acquiring a pressure signal and a pressure difference signal and performing analog and digital conversion on the signals to form signals recognizable by an upper controller and a lower execution element; and a control device communicating with the pneumatic loop, the control device driving, by setting a control parameter, an element device in the pneumatic loop to operate, so as to obtain test data, in the pneumatic loop, of the commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system element under test. The apparatus and method for testing a pressure change rate of a commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system element can accurately measure a key control parameter, i.e., a pressure change rate, of a commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system, thus solving the problems of a pressure deviation and a time deviation between an actual brake pressure response and a desired brake pressure response of a commercial vehicle electrically controlled pneumatic brake system.
