The present invention relates to an apparatus for testing a welded state for a cylindrical secondary battery, the apparatus testing the welded state of a plurality of welded parts in which an uncoated portion of an electrode and an electrode tab are coupled. The apparatus comprises: a resistance measuring unit having a plurality of resistance measuring probes which respectively measure the resistance values of the plurality of welded parts; and a resistance testing unit for comparing each of the resistance values of the plurality of welded parts measured by the resistance measuring unit with a threshold resistance value, and determining at least one welded part to be weakly welded if the resistance value of the welded part among the plurality of welded parts exceeds the threshold resistance value. The plurality of resistance measuring probes respectively come into contact with a non-welding surface located between the plurality of welded parts and a non-welding surface outside the welded parts located on both ends, to respectively measure the resistance values of the plurality of welded parts.
