Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a wood fiber-structured board material, comprising the steps of: processing a raw material into fine chips, evenly dropping the fine chips from a high place; and, while the fine chips are dropping to form a reticular fine chip layer, spraying glue on the fine chips. The apparatus for manufacturing the wood fiber-structured board material comprises two raw material workbenches (1) arranged oppositely, a speed-adjustable transmission belt (3) arranged between the two raw material workbenches (1), and a glue-spraying unit (4) arranged above the speed-adjustable transmission belt (3). The board material manufactured using the apparatus and method is provided with great mechanical properties, stable size, and permeability, allows for reasonable conservation of the amount of materials used, reduces energy consumption, and conserves forest resources to the greatest extent.
